Thank Goodness for Bike Ladies

Thank goodness for all the sweet Ladies I got to meet tonight and big thanks to my friend Malaika for being there this evening! Look at Malaika riding a Linus Dutchie in black. 

I got to meet Trisha & Dottie from Let's Go Ride a Bike but Amanda's Project stole my heart with her fire. She is very Queens-style and saucy and wonderful. I insisted that she borrow my fan.

I also met The Bike Writer! She was very sweet and has gorgeous eyes. I hope I didn't stare at them like a weirdo. They're a tigress green.

In the past I've been scared of test-riding fancy bikes because I don't want to get a hankering for one and ruin my life of contentment, but I had a few cups of wine so I gave in to the fun peer pressure and tested an Abici.

Thank GOODNESS it was like riding a slug. Not as light and sprite as my Kate Middleton. Whew!

Thank goodness Malaika was there to ride home with me up the greenway. We had so much fun talking. Thank you!
